Actually he can let the Kenari go out first, then he go in, it was Sunday night. Actually the road can fit in 2 cars, 1 in 1 out. In fact, the floor arrow shows the road is 2-way, but the blue signboard show "jalan sehala", typical Msian road.
He drove quickly to stop the Kenari, forced the Kenari to reverse....and after the Kenari reverse and left plenty of space for him to go through, he still didn't go, instead, he scolded the Kenari "F.Off!! Where the hell you go your license"....with his max voice, for a few minutes. ... the whole incident could be avoided, if he let the Kenari came out first, then only he turned in, OR, after the Kenari reversed and let him in, he just went in and go....but he decided to find somebody to shout to.....
He is under big stress, despite driving Merz E class. May be he just got F-Off by somebody...

在职场不做徒劳无功的事
记得以前有位同事离职前多拉了几个人走，
以为会对公司的业务造成影响，
经我观察的结果做了结论：完全没有影响，
缺人找人，
顶多资深员工辛苦点，
对公司来说，「所有员工在职时都很重要，离职后都不重要」，
没有一个员工是非留不可的，这似乎就是职场常态
近20年以来，
我长时间在美台两地以理财专家的立埸谈理财，
帮助客户及社会大众做好理财。
我常强调做好理财的目的是钱尽其用，
让钱发挥最大的效用，
一个相关的重要原则就是凡事讲究划算。
我觉得以这样的现实观点来看工作，
和我倡议的『回到蛮荒』观点倒是有相通的地方，
那就是不做徒劳无功的事，
或没有成果的事。
蛮荒的动物都能秉持这样的原则工作。
所以依现实的原则看工作，
现代人工作的目的应该只是为了能赚钱，
除此以外无他。
以下是探讨这类观点的专家所提供的一些工作原则，不妨做为参考：
原则 1：工作真的只是一份工作
不要期待工作与生活能兼顾，
事实上也没几个人能将工作与生活成功的整合起来，
工作并不是生活，
我们工作是为了要过生活，
或保有自己所喜欢的生活。
想想看，你一天或一个礼拜能有多少时间和家人相处，
或和亲朋好友去做一些你喜欢做的事，
就可以知道要兼顾工作与生活是不可能的。
工作只是工作，目的是为了赚钱。
原则2 ：不要害怕换工作
工作既是为了赚钱，
只要可能赚更多钱，
或做起来更愉快、更有满足戚，何妨就换工作？
而且，以这样的原则换工作，收入当然会越换越多，
跳槽可能也会变得稀松平常。
只要每次工作时都全力以赴，有称职的表现，
对雇主和业界都能交代，应该随时可以找到下一个工作的机会。
原则 3：一鸟在手胜过十鸟在林
很多公司都声称他们有优渥的福利制度，
包括退休金计划。可是不断有事实告诉我们，
越来越多的人在届满退休之前就失去工作了。
所以争取眼前的福利可能更实际，比较值得期待，
例如包括健康医疗保障在内的团体保险、托婴照顾、亲职休假、
绩效奖金的分发，增加加班费或年终奖金等等。
原则4：谋生本事不厌其多
新世纪的工作与收入可能会变得不稳定，
产业的兴衰或轮替也会变得快速无比，
在同一家企业内辛苦一辈子可能会以失业收场。
所以横向拓展各方面的技能，
会比纵向的在企业的组织内向上攀爬追求位高权重还要实际。
其实现在已有不少企业也『学会』了一些聪明的技巧，
对授予好听的高阶职位并不吝惜，可以让你拥有耀眼的头衔，
但对薪资增加并没有多大帮助。
与其追求这种虚名，不如让自己能具备十八般武艺可以多方面赚钱，
随时跳槽。
原则5 ：做好份内工作就回家去
再提醒你，工作只是工作，
公司少了你一个人的工作，照样可以运转下去。
踏实的学习你的工作所该具备的技能，努力做好你的工作，
但不要奢望你可以凭一己之力多为公司创造多少业绩或产能。
不要因此耗掉你大量的私人时间，让自己从生活中抽离出来。
记住，做好自己份内的工作，然后回家去。
原则 6：远离办公室政治
你工作的目的是为赚取合理的收入，而不是追求虚名与权位，
所以不用在心思在办公室政治上。
当红炸子鸡可能因改朝换代而去职走路，
被冰冻的失志衰老也可能咸鱼翻身。
与其耗费时间介入这些无实际意义的办公室斗争，
不如多花时间在自己的家庭。

could they imagine if every time they want to use their computer (laptop, destop or server) to write any script or do any work, then need to book first, clear lot(clean all finger print and files first), swap handler (change keyboard, memory card..ect), clean loadboard (format hardisk), boot tester & load program ( boot a pc take 15 minutes), fail Bin8 (need to open up CPU and change then components)...4 hrs gone before could have a good pc to start write program...then if they feel tired because already night time, and wanna stop working, then tomorrow they need to redo the whole steps again...
